Notts County have secured use of new training facilities ahead of the 2014/15 campaign.

An agreement with Arnold Town means that Shaun Derry's side will be able to use Arnold Town's Eagle Valley stadium as their training base for at least the next two years. Chief executive Jim Rodwell told the Magpies' official website: "I am delighted to have finalised this agreement and would firstly like to thank everyone that we have dealt with at Arnold Town for their professionalism and co-operation in getting this over the line. "In Eagle Valley we have found a first-class training base for the club and I hope that this is just the start of a long and successful partnership between our two clubs." County will begin work at the new training ground immediately, with the players reporting back for pre-season duty on Thursday, June 26.
