Craig avoids hospital trip

Wycombe received a boost as Steven Craig was not required to head to hospital following his neck injury against Bury.

The striker landed awkwardly after going up for a header during the goalless draw against the Shakers. He was eventually stretchered off following a long delay, which led to 14 minutes of added time being played. There was concern that the 33-year-old had suffered a serious injury but, after being assessed by medical staff, he was given the all-clear to head home. He will, however, be closely monitored for concussion in the coming days. Craig sent out a message on his Twitter account afterwards that said: "Thanks for all msgs folks really is appreciated bit of a sore neck but I'm good great support."
