Rosler takes blame for defeat

Brentford boss Uwe Rosler took full responsibility for his side's disappointing 3-1 home defeat to Yeovil on Tuesday.

The German blamed a double substitution for the loss, when he threw on debutant striker Paul Hayes and attacking midfielder Harry Forrester after 67 minutes. The outcome was that the Rosler's men were booed off in their first home start of the season thanks to a brace from Yeovil striker James Hayter and Tony Craig's own goal. The Bees boss said: "It was too offensive too early and I take the blame for that. It was too much too soon and we paid the price. "We dominated for spells in the game and had enough chances to have won, but you have to take them. "I take responsibility, but we will regroup and have a chance against Crewe on Saturday to put things right."
