Wycombe boss Gary Waddock has sung the praises of Charles Dunne following the teenager's debut for the club.

Dunne, 18, signed a two-year professional contract towards the start of this season and came off the bench for his Wanderers bow against League One champions Charlton at The Valley last weekend. The left-back is highly rated at Adams Park and Waddock believes he has the talent to make a name for himself in the game. "I think he is a very, very talented young player and he has come very far in a short space of time to get his pro deal and his debut," Waddock told the media. "I have been very close, in recent weeks, to giving him his debut because I have seen him in training and in games and I felt the time was right at Charlton to give him that experience. "He is one for the future and if he can continue to develop the way he has been then who knows what he can go on and achieve."
