Cowan-Hall set to sign loan deal with League Two strugglers
Portsmouth's Paris Cowan-Hall is set to join Grimsby until the end of the season after recovering from illness.
Cowan-Hall had originally signed for the Mariners on loan at the start of January but illness forced the highly-rated youngster to return to his parent club.
But the 19-year-old trained with Grimsby on Wednesday and could be in contention to feature for the League Two strugglers against Aldershot on Saturday.
Cowan-Hall joined Pompey from Rushden & Diamonds for an undisclosed fee in 2007 and was recommended to Grimsby by former manager Paul Groves, now first-team coach at Fratton Park.
