A host of Championship clubs are chasing Gary Dicker, after he left Brighton & Hove Albion.
The 26-year-old was an integral part of Gus Poyet's side which won promotion to the Championship in 2012.
He remained an important member of the side, featuring in over 20 games last term - but the Irishman has now departed the AMEX Stadium after his contract expired.
The imposing midfielder is now set to open talks with a number of clubs, and Sky Sports understands up to half-a-dozen sides have already made contact.
The likes of Ipswich, Middlesbrough and Sheffield Wednesday are amongst the clubs showing an interest in the Irish schemer.
