Dicker has made 32 League One appearances for the league leaders this season, scoring once for Gus Poyet's troops.
Brighton are looking good for promotion this term having amassed 65 points and they currently lead third-placed Huddersfield by eight points.
The 24-year-old Irishman is out of contract in the summer and has already been interesting the likes of Burnley and Nottingham Forest.
However, Dicker could have a Premier League option next season if West Brom retain their top-flight status under Roy Hodgson.
