Watford goalkeeper is Jewell's third summer signing

Ipswich Town have completed the signing of goalkeeper Scott Loach from Watford for an undisclosed fee. Paul Jewell's side agreed a fee with the Hornets earlier this week and after the 24-year-old passed a medical, and terms have been agreed on a four-year deal at Portman Road. Loach was in the academy at Ipswich as a youngster before making over 150 appearances for Watford during his time at Vicarage Road. He also won 14 England Under-21 caps, including appearing in the final of the European Under-21 Championships in 2009. He becomes Jewell's third summer signing, following the acquisition of Elliott Hewitt and Luke Chambers.
