Torquay midfielder Eunan O'Kane has tipped Paul Buckle's regime at Bristol Rovers to come good soon.
O'Kane, who was handed his debut at Plainmoor by ex-Gulls manager Buckle almost two years ago, is convinced that his former boss just needs time to get his new-look squad functioning effectively at the Memorial Stadium.
And despite some Pirates fans calling for Buckle's head, the 21-year-old believes Rovers will start to climb League Two very shortly.
"It's going to be difficult at any club. He's signed 15 or 16 players and to get all those players to play in the way he wants them to play is always going to take time," O'Kane said.
"Although they're down there at the moment, with the players he's got there - and he's got quality there - they'll push up the table.
"If I know Bucks the way I think I do, I would say they will get going soon. I wouldn't say they're struggling, it's just a testing time and I'm sure he'll get them out of it."
