Bristol Rovers boss Paul Buckle expects Scott Bevan, Matt Harrold and Mustapha Carayol to face Bath City in Friday's game.
All three players missed Rovers' 5-1 win in their first pre-season clash against Mangotsfield, but Buckle confirmed it was a precautionary measure.
Buckle said: "They were very stiff and sore, but there are no major injury concerns.
"We would rather they missed this game than miss a couple of weeks of training and I'm hoping they'll all be fit to take part in Friday night's game against Bath City."
