BRISTOL ROVERS' FA Cup hat-trick hero Nathan Ellington is targeting a dream move to The Premiership after shooting down Derby County.
Ellington's treble earned Rovers a magnificent 3-1 triumph at Pride Park as the Division Three outfit caused one of the upsets of the third round.
He has now fired nine goals in his last five appearances for The Pirates, and after setting up a showdown with Gillingham in the next round, the 20-year-old targeted a rise up the footballing ladder.
"This is the best moment of my life. I didn't begin to dream I'd come here and score three, but I did think I might get one and play a part in a famous victory for us," said Ellington.
"There has been talk of interest in me from Premiership clubs. Maybe they'll be a bit more interested now. It is my ambition to go on and play in the top flight one day."
Those sentiments were echoed by his manager Garry Thompson, who believes his star striker can reach the top level.
Thompson said: "Nathan is raw and young, but a very special talent.
"He has the potential to be whatever he wants to be in this game and this could be a launchpad to greater success."
