Lincoln City have announced the signing of Hucknall Town striker Danny Bacon.

The 24-year-old former Mansfield hit-man has penned a one-year deal at Sincil Bank.

The announcement of Bacon's arrival came as Lincoln confirmed their retained list.

Those not to have been offered terms are Michael Blackwood, Martin Carruthers, Chris Cornelly, Ritchie Hanlon, Adam Kerley, Gary Taylor-Fletcher and Ciaran Toner.

Manager Keith Alexander is hoping a host of his squad sign new deals and terms have been offered to Matthew Bloomer, Richard Butcher, Peter Folkes, Ben Futcher, Peter Gain, Alan Marriott, Paul Morgan, Kevin Sandwith and Simon Rayner.
