Baker hails City change

Coventry captain Carl Baker believes his side's strong start to the season is down to a change in culture at the club.

Steven Pressley's men are unbeaten in their last five matches and now sit 23rd in the Sky Bet League One table after scoring their first official point at the weekend. The Sky Blues wiped out their 10-point deduction with a 2-0 win against Colchester on Sunday and Baker says additional sessions on the training ground have been the key to the club's good form. He told the club's official website: "When we are down at the training ground, the lads are still out an hour or so beyond the session finishing. "The team want to be out there, looking to get better all the time and keep practicing. That is where the new culture at the club has come through. "This is the sort of attitude we need here at the football club and when a couple of players stay out after to do a bit more, it rubs off on everyone else. "It is always great to see when we finish training, the lads want to stay behind and do more. The sessions from the gaffer and Neil (MacFarlane) have been fantastic and it is fun to be playing at the club at the moment. "A lot of hard work goes into every session and we just got to keep doing that."
