Antony Kay has signed a new two-year contract at Huddersfield to keep him at the club until the summer of 2013.
The 28-year-old moved to the Galpharm from Tranmere two years ago and had made 88 appearances at both centre-back and central midfield, scoring 11 goals. Kay played an important part in Town reaching the League One play-off final last season, converting the winning penalty in a dramatic shoot-out victory over Bournemouth in the semi-finals. He follows Nick Colgan and Danny Cadamarteri in recently signing a new deal.
