The converted midfielder has been one of The Dons' standout performers this season with nine goals in 27 appearances

Wilbraham has adjusted superbly to his new role as an attacking midfielder after spending most of his career as a striker.

The 27-year-old has been rewarded with a new contract with Martin Allen's side through to 2009.

Young Dons defender Sam Page has also seen his contract extended by one-year after impressive performances this term.

Meanwhile, midfielder Ben Harding has joined Grays Athletic on loan until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old returns to Conference football having previously had a spell at Aldershot Town.
