Cooper won't change style

Mark Cooper says he will keep the faith with Swindon's 'high-risk football' even if they reach the Championship.

The Robins put on yet another display of their free-flowing flexible football on Tuesday night but were caught playing out from the back when Kieran Agard set City on their way to a 3-0 win. But their manager says he will not be changing his style, no matter where they are playing next season. "That is what I believe in, and the young players that I have got are technically outstanding and if I asked them to play 4-4-2 and boot it as far as they could it wouldn't work," Cooper explained. "I think for a club like ours if we were going into the Championship we would have to be different. We couldn't compete financially. So we would have to do something different and you saw here how we do it."
