Swindon striker Paul Benson will sign for Luton this summer when he is officially released by the Robins.
The 34-year-old scored 18 goals during a season-long loan stay at Kenilworth Road and has been told he will not be offered a new deal with Mark Cooper's League One outfit.
Instead the forward will make the permanent move to Luton later this summer as the Hatters prepare for life in League Two.
Benson told Luton Today: "We've discussed it, I'm very happy with what they've offered and it's just a case of signing on the dotted line.
"My contract's not actually expired, so I have to wait until the 30th of June before I sign, but I'm happy with what's been offered and I want to stay."
