Sky Sports understands Swindon are looking to tie up deals for Charlton's Danny Green and Cheltenham's Marlon Pack.
Paolo Di Canio is eager to bolster his ranks before the winter window slams shut.
He does not have a lot of money to work with, but is in a position to add.
Swindon hope agreements can be reached for Green and Pack, allowing them to join the Robins' League One promotion push.
Should deals be done, both men would join on loan with the view to permanent moves being made at a later date.
