Sky Sports understands Swindon midfielder Lee Cox is hoping to secure a loan switch away from the club before the close of the transfer window.
Cox has only recently returned from a successful loan spell at Oxford where he made 11 appearances during his time at the League Two outfit.
Oxford were keen to keep Cox at the Kassam Stadium, but they were unable to agree a deal to extend his stay.
The news has alerted a number of League One and League Two clubs to Cox's availability with Swindon thought to be willing to loan him out again.
Cox's agent, Clive Hart, has confirmed the former Inverness man is now looking to go out on loan in search of first-team football.
"Lee is down the pecking order at Swindon and they have informed us he can go out on loan again," Hart told Sky Sports.
"Lee enjoyed his time at Oxford and they were keen to keep him, but they were unable to do a deal.
"A number of clubs have expressed in Lee and we will now consider our options before deciding what move to make."
