Argentine defender Federico Bessone has joined Swindon on a free transfer from Swansea, signing a six-month contract.
The left-back is expected to be available for selection against Preston on Sunday. Bessone, 28, joined Swansea from Espanyol in 2008 and was in his second spell at The Liberty Stadium. After brief spells with Leeds and Charlton, Bessone re-joined the Swans in the summer of 2011 but made just one Premier League appearance.
