Swindon boss Paolo Di Canio is to run the rule over Nicolas Raimondi after taking the Uruguayan striker on trial.
The 26-year-old, who stands at 6ft 5in, will arrive in England on Wednesday before linking up with the Robins for training on Thursday and Friday. Raimondi spent last season with Bulgarian top-flight side Lokomotiv Plovdiv. Di Canio is keen to bolster his forward line with only Raffa De Vita and Alan Connell available for Saturday's season opener against Crewe, with Mehdi Kerrouche ruled out through injury.
