Defender Sean Morrison has revealed he is focused on nailing down a place on Swindon's teamsheet every week.
The teenager returned to action at the weekend with a man-of-the-match performance in the League One draw against Brentford.
The 19-year-old had to wait for a chance under manager Danny Wilson but was rock-solid at the back and set up Swindon's equaliser on his comeback.
"As long as I keep performing well, the back four keeps performing well and the team keeps performing well, then hopefully I can stay in the team," Morrison told the Swindon Advertiser.
"When you see things not happening to the team, and you are sat on the bench not getting picked and think you can do a job out there, then it is difficult.
"But you just have to bide your time and then when the chance does come you have to take it with both hands, which is hopefully what I've done."
