SWINDON TOWN continued their fine recent run with a 2-0 win over Plymouth Argyle.

A win at Crewe on Saturday lifted them well into mid-table and victory over Plymouth continued a fine run for Andy King`s side.

Danny Invincible (pictured) put The Robins in front, heading home a far post corner on 38 minutes.

The lead was doubled on 68 minutes by Sam Parkin, who fired a low shot into the corner to kill off Plymouth`s hopes of mounting a revival.

Both sides are safe from the drop and have no chance of reaching the play-offs, so will be looking to build for next term.
