Peters bullish after Bulls win

Director of football Gary Peters won't get carried away after a 1-0 win over Barnet lifted Hereford out of the relegation zone.

On-loan striker Nathan Elder scored his first goal in Hereford colours to lift the Bulls out of the bottom two, flicking home Nicky Featherstone's corner in the 66th minute. Hereford have now taken seven points from their last three games with victories over Barnet, Bradford and a draw with Swindon since Peters' arrival at Edgar Street. "We have been doing things rather differently over the last few weeks and there have been less mistakes," said Peters. "Now we have to keep that going but it's not as though we are playing brilliantly yet, or anything like that, and we cannot afford to get carried away. "I think it's going to take three or four months to be in the sort of form that we need to be. In the meantime we have got to keep scrapping and fighting and trying to pick up some points."
