Walsall boss Dean Smith had few complaints despite a 1-1 draw with Carlisle extending his side's winless run to six matches.
A superb 25-yard free-kick from Matty Robson wiped out the 33rd-minute lead given to the Saddlers by Will Grigg.
Smith said: "I think it was a fair result. We started a lot better, scored a great goal which we had worked on, and Jimmy Walker made a couple of good saves, at first to keep it at 1-0, then after they scored with a hell of a free-kick which you can do nothing about.
"We looked a bit nervy after Carlisle scored and had sporadic breaks but when you have had a run of results that we have it gets a bit tougher for the lads.
"I did not realise that in the last 20 minutes we had four kids on who had come through the academy system.
"We are all trying to get it right and I'm sure a win is round the corner."
