Hartlepool boss Ronnie Moore has taken to social media to rally his players ahead of Tuesday night's game at Oxford.

Bottom club Pools climbed to within six points of safety with a 1-0 win at Morecambe on Saturday - it was their first league win on the road since October and first clean sheet away since March last year. Moore said on Twitter: "Come on boys we have to make Saturday's result count, let's give everything we have got." The former Rotherham, Oldham and Tranmere manager was appointed at Pools as successor to Paul Murray in mid-December and has won five of his 16 games in charge.
