Neale Cooper says he admires Hartlepool's teenage striker Luke James, who has scored three goals in eight games since joining.
James, 17, scored twice in the 4-0 weekend win over Carlisle to take his tally to three in eight appearances for Pools since making his first-team breakthrough against Colchester on December 17.
Manager Cooper told the club's official website: "Everyone was superb, but it was another outstanding performance from Luke James.
"I'm not just talking about his goals, but he's just not scared of anything and to have that courage at such a young age is great.
"I knew how hard the game would be, but we played some brilliant stuff. Everyone did the work they were asked to do, so overall I'm so chuffed for the boys."
