HARTLEPOOL UNITED goalkeeper Martin Hollund has admitted that he may look to return to Norway should he continue to be left on the sidelines after returning from injury.

The 26-year-old had a two-month spell on the sidelines with a groin infection, and has returned to find Anthony Williams in his place.

He has now admitted that he could return to his homeland, and is exploring his options in the top two divisions.

"I feel that it is time to start looking for a move back home," said Hollund. "If a Norwegian Premier Division club or one of the best Division One sides are interested, it could happen.

"It took an awfully long time to get back to fitness but now I am fine and keen to win back my place in the first team.

"It is more up to Williams than me, and he has been in great form lately. As long as he plays like that, he will keep his place. My chance will come if he loses his form."
