Team of the week
Chris Neal - Port Vale
Port Vale cemented their second-place standing in the fourth tier on Saturday with a 2-0 victory away at Exeter. Neal played his part in another three-point haul, becoming only the second keeper this season to record a clean sheet against the Grecians.
Sido Jombati - Cheltenham Town
Portuguese full-back Jombati netted his first goal of the season as Cheltenham were held 2-2 by Fleetwood. The 25-year-old appeared to have wrapped up maximum points for the Robins, but they were pegged back in stoppage-time before being reduced to 10 men.
Luke Wilkinson - Dagenham & Redbridge
Dagenham have recovered from a slow start to go four games unbeaten, winning two of their last three. They prevailed in a seven-goal thriller with Bradford on Saturday, with Wilkinson putting them three goals to the good before the Bantams hit back and threatened to snatch a point.
Garry Kenneth - Bristol Rovers
Summer signing Kenneth netted his first goal for Bristol Rovers as they overcame 10-man Northampton 3-1. The Scottish centre-half found the target shortly before the hour mark, with Rovers' second of the game all but assuring them of the spoils.
Rashid Yussuff - AFC Wimbledon
Former England youth international Yussuff opened his goal account for the season in a 2-1 victory for AFC Wimbledon over Plymouth. The tricky winger was in the right place at the right time to snatch a dramatic stoppage-time winner for the Dons at Home Park.
Michael Spillane - Dagenham & Redbridge
The second Dagger to make our weekly selection is Spillane, a man who was also among the goals during a topsy-turvy encounter with Bradford. The in-form midfielder grabbed Dagenham's second of the afternoon as they burst out of the blocks in a 4-3 win.
Jason Kennedy - Rochdale
Rochdale required a late winner to see off Accrington on Saturday, having earlier thrown away a two-goal lead. Kennedy came to Dale's rescue seven minutes from time, with his effort keeping John Coleman's team inside the play-off places.
Josh Scowen - Wycombe Wanderers
After going eight games without a win, Wycombe were finally celebrating again on Saturday as they picked up a morale-boosting victory over Torquay. Teenage midfielder Scowen grabbed what proved to be the winner as the Chairboys moved out of the drop zone.
Kevan Hurst - Southend United
Things looked bleak for Southend 65 minutes into their home date with rock-bottom Barnet, as they trailed 2-0 with time running out. They were, however, able to haul themselves level and claim a hard-fought point, with Hurst grabbing an 84th-minute equaliser.
Tom Pope - Port Vale
Pope took his goal return for the season into double figures on Saturday with a brace in a 2-0 victory over Exeter. The in-form frontman has now found the target on 11 occasions this season and could be the man to fire Port Vale to a top-three finish.
Nahki Wells - Bradford City
Wells is among the most highly-rated performers in League Two and Bradford know they have a real talent on their hands. The Bermudan forward netted a deadly double against Dagenham on Saturday, but his efforts were to no avail as the Bantams came unstuck on the road.
