Jamie Young - Aldershot Town
The Shots picked up four points from two games over the past week, and the 27-year-old goalkeeper played an important role. Young kept clean sheets in both the matches, making a brilliant double save from Morecambe's Andrew Fleming and Izak Reid in their goalless draw on Saturday and fending off a good attempt from Barnet full-back Jordan Brown in their 1-0 home win on Tuesday.
Andrew Davies - Bradford City
The 27-year-old played a confident game at the back against both Barnet and Morecambe, preventing them from conceding more than one goal and helping Bradford to wins in both the matches. Davies was also on target against Barnet, as he headed home Gary Jones' free-kick from close range for Bradford's third goal of the game.
Peter Murphy - Accrington Stanley
The 22-year-old failed to stop Chesterfield from scoring four times against Accrington in their 4-3 away defeat on Tuesday, but in one of the thrilling games of the season with end-to-end stuff, he could hardly do much. However, Murphy was a star against Dagenham & Redbridge, netting an 85th minute equaliser in their 1-1 away draw.
Callum Davies - Gillingham
The 19-year-old continued to impress for Gillingham, as he showed his maturity in defence against both Bristol Rovers and Southend. Davies' reliable, strong and confident displays at the back saw his team keep clean sheets in both victories.
Adam Barrett - Gillingham
The 32-year-old was a rock at the back for Gillingham as they won two games in a row. Barrett's experience and assured performances in defence saw the Gills keep the Bristol Rovers and Southend attackers away, as they won 4-0 and 1-0 respectively.
Jacques Maghoma - Burton Albion
The DR Congo international midfielder was the architect of Albion's 4-0 victory over Oxford United at home on Saturday, scoring two goals - the second from a free-kick. The 24-year-old also provided the cross for Calvin Zola's second strike in that game. Maghoma continued his good form on Wednesday as well, playing his role down the wings in Albion's 3-1 win against York in front of their own supporters.
Gary Jones - Bradford City
The 35-year-old's performance in midfield saw Bradford continue their impressive start to the season and maintain their 100% home record. Jones created his side's first and third goal against Barnet in a 3-0 win on Saturday, and then scored with a 20-yard free-kick against Morecambe in their 3-1 triumph.
Romuald Boco - Accrington Stanley
The Benin midfielder was in top form over the past seven days despite Accrington's failure to win either of their two games. Boco put in a decent display against Dagenham & Redbridge at the weekend and then scored twice against Chesterfield in their 4-3 away defeat on Tuesday.
Jennison Myrie-Williams - Port Vale
Port Vale recorded two successive victories in League Two over the past seven days, and the 24-year-old winger emerged as their most crucial player. Myrie-Williams scored his side's opening goal from the penalty spot in their 3-1win at Plymouth on Saturday, and also created their second. He also set up Tom Pope for his opener in their thrilling 5-2 away victory over Fleetwood and was a constant threat down the wings.
Calvin Zola - Burton Albion
The Democratic Republic of Congo forward was in superb form over the past week and scored three goals in two games. The 27-year-old netted twice against Oxford United on Saturday in Albion's 4-0 victory at home and was also on target in their 3-1 triumph over York on Wednesday.
Jack Lester - Chesterfield
The 36-year-old striker scored three goals in two matches as Chesterfield registered successive victories over Wycombe and Accrington, both at home. Lester found the target once against Wycombe in a 3-1 win on Saturday and twice in a 4-3 triumph over Accrington on Tuesday.
