Bury manager David Flitcroft has released four players as the club plan for life in League One.

Chris Sedgwick has retired while Jimmy McNulty, Joe Thompson and Pablo Mills, who finished the campaign on loan at Cheltenham, will all bid farewell to Gigg Lane this summer. Dan Nardiello and Rob Lainton have been offered new contracts but Nicky Adams has been made available for transfer. Seven youngsters, Scott Burgess, Matty Foulds, Anthony Dudley, Jack Ruddy, Marcus Poscha and Brayden Shaw, have been offered professional deals with the Shakers.
