Mansfield Town have signed goalkeeper Lenny Pidgeley on loan from Newport until the end of the season.
The 30-year-old has made more than 250 appearances in a career which began at Chelsea and includes spells with Millwall, Watford, Carlisle, Bradford and Exeter.
Stags manager Adam Murray said: "We feel that by bringing in Lenny, he will add much-needed experience, organisation and communication to our team.
"Lenny's experience will also help develop Sascha Studer and it's a position in which we've lacked experience since the loss of Alan Marriott."
