Exeter have signed Ryan Harley on a permanent basis after the midfielder had his Swindon contract cancelled.
The 29-year-old had been on loan at St James Park since November but has now penned a permanent deal with the Grecians after the Robins agreed to let him leave The County Ground having made 25 appearances for the club. Harley played almost 150 times for the Grecians during a four-year spell between 2008 and 2011.
