Tranmere Rovers have signed striker Shamir Fenelon on loan from Championship Brighton & Hove Albion.

Fenelon, who came through the youth ranks at Albion, will remain with Rovers until January 1. The 20-year-old has made two first-team appearances for his parent club so far this season, in the League Cup and Football League Trophy. Rovers manager Mickey Adams told the club's official website, "Shamir is highly though of at Brighton and has first team experience. He will add to our attacking options ahead of a busy period and give us extra cover until the transfer window opens in January." Fenelon has had previous loan spells at Rochdale, Torquay and Tonbridge Angels.
