Colin Cooper is set for some happy Saturday night watching after seeing his Hartlepool side see off Newport 3-0.
The win, Pool's third in five games, puts them in eighth spot in League Two and on the edge of the all-important play-off zone.
Top scorer Luke James set Pools off on the road to victory with a neat turn and finish in the 41st minute
A comical own goal when the ball cannoned in off Andy Sandell more or less finished the game off in the 55th minute.
And a touch of class from Pools loan forward Luke Williams finished it off late on, leaving Cooper delighted.
"It's nice to come off and the DVD makes happy viewing," he admitted. "Again, like last week, we rode out luck a bit before going in front.
"Newport put you under pressure from all areas and make you defend - the first couple of instances, we switched off and had to recover. We got away with it."
Of James' 11th goal of the season, he admitted: "Our first goal is a nice bit of play - a wonderful cross, good ball back in and a crisp turn and quick finish from Luke.
"The second goal was a bit of luck - a ricochet that goes our way. It was nice to get and it gave us a cushion.
"We did have to defend the box, but looked on the counter attack like we could score every time. It could have been two, three, four, five. The last goal was lovely to watch.
"Luke is confident to nutmeg an opponent, take the ball around him, get it back and finish well. It was good link up.
"I was really pleased at the end and, yes, we rode our luck at times but would I take it? You had better believe it."
