Chesterfield have confirmed that goalkeeper Aaron Chapman will be training with Everton for the week.
The Spireites are looking to get Chapman, signed in the summer from Northern Premier League Division One South neighbours Belper Town, out on loan but first the 23-year-old will continue his development with a week-long stint with Roberto Martinez's Premier League side.
"I have some contacts at Everton and we felt that the opportunity for Aaron to spend a week at a big club like that was too good an opportunity to miss," said Chesterfield boss Paul Cook.
"It will be a great for Aaron to spend time at a top-flight club, working with some respected coaches and top players. I am sure he will be benefit greatly from the experience."
