York pair Craig Clay and Jamal Fyfield have left the club after agreeing terms over the termination of their contracts.

Nottingham-born midfielder Clay, 21, signed a two-year contract when joining from Chesterfield in May last year, while defender Fyfield, 24, has spent the last three years at Bootham Crescent. A club statement read: "The club would like to thank both players for their contribution and we wish both players all the best for the future." Clay featured on 10 occasions for the Minstermen, while Fyfield made almost 100 appearances, scoring six goals, and was an integral part of the side that won promotion back to the Football League in 2012.
