Hill curses missed chances

Rochdale boss Keith Hill was frustrated by his side's failures in front of goal as they went down 3-1 at Dagenham.

Rhys Murphy and Medy Elito had put the Daggers 2-0 up before Gary Dicker pulled one back. And despite Peter Vincenti and George Donnelly coming close Elito wrapped up the points in stoppage time as Dale fell from the top of the Sky Bet League Two table. Hill said: "We were muscled out of it too many times. "It was always going to be a tough proposition coming here, but we just haven't showed enough of a clinical streak in front of goal. "We've carved out chances and got behind their defence, but too often we've not produced where it really matters. "We've been on a good run, but we've got to start again now. "We're not top of the table now so maybe that will ease some pressure off some of the lads' shoulders. "Time will tell. We've proved time and again that we've got the quality in the squad. I just needed to see a bit more of that."
