Rochdale have appealed against striker George Donnelly's straight red card in the weekend win at Accrington.
Donnelly was sent off in first-half injury time by referee Mark Brown following his tackle on Accrington right-back Nicky Hunt as both players challenged for a loose ball in the League Two clash. If Dale are unsuccessful with their appeal, Donnelly will serve a three-game suspension and will miss forthcoming games against Wycombe, Portsmouth and Newport.
