Yates sure of Robins revival

Cheltenham boss Mark Yates is certain he is the man to revive Cheltenham's campaign but admits his defence needs urgent attention.

Their 4-2 loss at Torquay on Saturday means the Robins have now conceded 27 goals in 11 matches this season and now sit in 21st place, just two points above the drop zone. "Of course I am confident I can turn this around, but we might have to do a bit of wheeling and dealing," Yates told the Gloucestershire Echo. "If we identify the same player is consistently making mistakes that are costing us, we have to do something about it. "It's not right at the back at the moment and you just can't legislate for some of the goals we've been letting in, due to basic mistakes. "We have two strikers who have scored eight goals between them, but we keep losing games."
