Barnet will bid farewell to their home of 106 years on Saturday.
Wycombe Wanderers are the visitors for what will be the Bees' final match at Underhill before they move to their new stadium at The Hive in Edgware.
A sell-out crowd is expected but after the pre-match festivities the focus will turn to a scrap for Football League survival.
Edgar Davids' side dropped into the bottom two following Tuesday's 3-2 defeat at fellow strugglers Torquay United and slipped a point behind the Gulls, as well as Wimbledon and York.
"We have to go for the maximum (six points) and then look at how other teams get on," Davids, whose side will wear commemorative shirts, told the club's official website.
"We wanted to avoid that but in all fairness we have come very far to even have a chance of saying in the league.
"Maybe it is too much to ask but we still have to try. Hopefully the fans can give us some help and I hope they can stay behind us whatever happens.
"We want to leave the stadium with a win and it will be a very special day."
