Tisdale praise for Tully

Boss Paul Tisdale picked out Steve Tully for praise after Exeter's longest serving player played his part against Fleetwood.

The Grecians twice came from behind to pick up a point thanks to goals from Jamie Cureton and John O'Flynn but Tully made a vital saving tackle late on to cap a display that caught his manager's eye. "He has been terrific and he was again on Saturday," Tisdale said. "Steve has earned his place back in the side with his performances in the last seven or eight games." Tully has been a key cog in the team that beat AFC Wimbledon on Tuesday night before a 2-2 draw with Fleetwood and the Exeter boss was satisfied with his side's week especially given they have already matched their points total for the whole of October. Tisdale said: "I will reflect on the four points and think that is not a bad outcome from the two games. Four points out of six is okay. "We've shown a lot more forward intent in the last couple of games - and we have to play that way at home."
