Dagenham boss John Still hailed a first-class showing from his team after they brushed aside promotion-contenders Rotherham 5-0.
Striker Dwight Gayle and midfielder Luke Howell scored twice each, with Medy Elito getting the other, as the Daggers turned in a result and a performance that marks them out as a team to be watched. They have now lost just once in the last ten in the league.
Still said: "The pace, movement and quality of our passing when we were attacking was absolutely first class.
"Gayle's movement was always a problem and our three midfield players controlled the game and Matt Saunders showed true quality. We thought we'd go with extra pace and Jake Reed did a fantastic job.
"Our goalkeeper had to make a couple of saves but it was a first-class performance and I was absolutely delighted. It is every credit to the coaching staff what they are getting out of these players.
"Rotherham are a big side and we thought we might have problems with their height and would have to accept that we'd lose a header every now and again but we dealt with it all really well."
