Plymouth manager Carl Fletcher rued his side's failure to capture all three points in the 1-1 draw against Bristol Rovers.
Conor Hourihane had given the hosts the lead after 35 minutes, but Tom Parkes struck for the Pirates in the 70th minute to deny Fletcher's men the victory.
Fletcher said: "Going a goal up I am disappointed we did not get all three points but with regards to our general performance we just didn't seem to have that spark.
"We tried to make it happen, and worked hard for something to make it happen but it just wasn't there.
"We didn't do the right things in terms of passing the ball. From that point of view that's something we will look to improve on."
