AFC Wimbledon ace Sammy Moore believes the addition of defender Warren Cummings will help in the team's play-off hopes.
The 31-year-old left-back, who helped Bournemouth earn two promotions, has already made a positive impression on Moore.
Moore, who scored six goals in 46 appearances for the Dons last season, told the club website: "I was speaking to Warren earlier and he said that you can have all the money in the world, but if you do not have good team spirit, then you will not get anywhere.
"He said they had great team spirit at Bournemouth when they got promoted and hopefully Warren can help bring that to us."
The 24-year-old added: "We want to achieve something next season. I think that the players we have brought in shows that the club is only going one way and hopefully that is towards the play-offs."
Manager Terry Brown has stated he would like to give Moore greater freedom to go forward and has bolstered his midfield with the arrival of both Louis Harris and Stacy Long at Kingsmeadow.
