Bristol Rovers' entire squad have a part to play in the hectic end to the League Two season, according to midfielder Andy Dorman.
Rovers, who currently sit 16th in the table after their 2-2 draw with Torquay on Saturday, have 11 matches remaining in a disappointing campaign.
And with injuries and suspensions starting to take a hold of tired legs, Dorman knows the Pirates' strength in depth will be tested as the term draws to a close.
"Now it's just all about the old football cliche of taking each game as it comes," he said.
"There's a lot of games coming up in the next month, a lot of Saturday-Tuesday football and that's good for the squad because everyone can be involved.
"Everyone in the squad has to be ready to step in when there's an injury or something like that and that keeps everyone going nicely."
