Midfielder Ahmed Abdulla has signed for Dagenham on a short-term deal until the end of the season.

Abdulla made six appearances for the Daggers in January while on loan from West Ham but was released by the Championship outfit following his return to Upton Park late in the same month. And Daggers boss John Still has moved to bring the 20-year-old back to Victoria Road. "During Ahmed's spell here he showed that he was a very accomplished player, he impressed every member of staff with his passing and his commitment," Still told the club's official website. "Since he returned to West Ham we've been speaking to him and we've now signed him on a short-term deal until the end of the season. I'm delighted to have him."
