Wilder reflects on good week

Oxford boss Chris Wilder was satisfied with a good week's work as the U's came from behind to beat Barnet 2-1.

James Constable's second-half goal proved to be the winner after Scott Rendell's equaliser cancelled out Michael Hector's early strike. Wilder also had goalkeeper Ryan Clarke to thank after a brilliant 83rd-minute penalty save from Izale McLeod. "It's been a good week - seven points out of nine and a lot of new players coming into the group and finding their feet, and I think we've seen them get better and better," Wilder said. "I thought we played some decent stuff after giving away a poor goal, we got it wide and switched wingers over and started to get on top. "And then we were indebted to a great save from Ryan Clarke. He didn't have a lot to do, so for him to keep his concentration levels and make a save like that is fantastic."
