It is understood Kevin Nicholson and Lee Mansell will put pen to paper on new deals at Torquay this week.
The duo have been integral parts of the Gulls team which currently lies 10th in League Two, after helping the Devon outfit win four of their last five league matches. And it is expected that both players will commit their immediate future to the club in the next few days. Defender Nicholson has made more than 200 appearances for Torquay since arriving from Forest Green in the summer of 2006, while midfielder Mansell has featured 262 times for the Plainmoor club since joining from Oxford in the same year.
