Bristol Rovers chairman Nick Higgs has urged fans to be patient and stay behind manager Paul Buckle as he builds at the Memorial Ground.
Rovers have lost their last three games in all competitions, conceding 10 goals in the process, but Higgs has insisted the Pirates will come good.
"Paul has assembled what is almost an entirely new squad, and it will take time for them to come together as a unit," he told the club's official website.
"The signs have bee there that this is beginning to happen, but it will not be an overnight thing.
"I am confident that with the players and manager we have here, we can still do big things this season."
